Just to make it clear, the money raised this way goes not to me but to WftW, towards the considerable overheads of transporting the renovated wheelchairs out to Kenya. The gift of a wheelchair to someone who is unable to get around and could never afford one is a life-transforming event.

Words don't convey the joy the way a photo does. Here's  a delighted recipient from my Ghana trip in 2007.
